i found the suite quite comfortable. the little balcony faced the medina.. it was a beautiful addition. the location was very convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and the menara mall. the breakfast buffet was good with an omelette station.
I noticed some noise from chairs being moved above in the rooftop bar area. This affected rooms on the top floor.

the room was clean. the location was near the mall and the train station. breakfast was good.
the windows did not keep the noise out. i could hear cars and motorcycles. i also heard doors slamming shut at night and keys turning.

I found the location convenient, offering super quiet place. Access to the medina was easy, along with nearby restaurants and Menara Mall. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast included a good buffet. The omelette chef made tasty omelettes!!!

The cleanliness was not up to standard. The bathroom shower curtain was unclean, indicating a lapse in hygiene. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent. This was frustrating.

mixed feelings about this stay
decent selectiondenied check-out
the breakfast was good. there was a decent selection of pastries and fruits available.
carrying luggage up that many flights of stairs was not fun (to say the least). also, the promised late check-out was denied at the last minute despite prior confirmation, causing significant inconvenience.
